The 1973-1977 Pontiac Grand Prix carried on with the previous generation’s A-Special platform which featured separate body-on-frame construction with all-coil suspension.
To better match the new radial tires, Pontiac upgraded the SJ trim level of the fourth-gen Grand Prix with revised front suspension geometry, specially-tuned Pliacell shock absorbers, front and rear anti-roll bars, stiffer bushings and revised power steering.
Whether your Grand Prix is a Radial Tuned SJ or equipped OE with bias-ply tires, Aldan American bolt-on adjustable coilovers are a definite improvement over your car’s stock springs and shocks.
The kits are 100% bolt-on with no cutting, drilling or welding required for an easy installation. Plus, Aldan American adjustable spring perches can lower the front ride height of your 1973-1977 Pontiac Grand Prix by up to 2.0-inches in the front.
