Steve and Sarah share a passion for restoring and racing old cars. Steve has been restoring cars and building engines since he was 14 years old. When they started working in the garage together, Sarah quickly realized that Steve has a gift for teaching others. Sarah finally convinced Steve to start the YouTube channel, Tackett’s House of Horsepower, in early 2023, after years of suggesting it haha. Tackett’s House of Horsepower documents what The Tacketts normally do in the garage, with the intent of educating others so the hobby stays alive and old cars stay on the road. 

Okie is a 1965 Nova Wagon that we took a road trip to Oklahoma to rescue. We drove over 2,000 miles to bring the Okie Nova Wagon home.
