All Aldan American branded products carry a 100% satisfaction guarantee against defects in original materials and workmanship. We guarantee our products to be free from defects in material and workmanship as long as you own your vehicle (To the Original Purchaser). We will repair or replace, at our option, any Aldan American product found to be defective, subject to our inspection and approval. Aldan American does not warranty products or damage caused to our products by the correct or incorrect installation of other manufacturer’s products. Be sure to retain your original proof of purchase when making a claim. *Original proof of purchase is required for any product to be covered by our Guarantee.
Please contact us directly for a written return authorization (RMA #) before sending anything back. No credits of any kind will be offered without such authorization.
Defects Covered Under the Guarantee
Aldan American products will be free from defects in material and workmanship, specifically:
Aldan American Coilovers – are covered for a period of (5) years from the original date of purchase.
Aldan American Shocks – are covered for a period of (5) years from the original date of purchase.
Aldan American Coilsprings – Lifetime Warranty. With normal use and maintenance Aldan Coilsprings will hold 2% of their original rate and length over time.
Aldan American Bracketry – Covered for the lifetime of the product.
Example: Bracketry manufactured by Aldan American
Wear Items – Covered for a period of (90) days from the original date of purchase.
Example: Bushings, Bearings, Rod Ends
Finishes – Covered for a period of (1) year from the original date of purchase.
Example: powdercoat, anodize, plating, paint
All defective part submissions under the Guarantee are subject to review, and the final determination of a fair and reasonable solution by the Aldan American Warranty Team.
Discontinued products will be replaceable under the Guarantee as long as the related parts and supplies last. Additional solutions will be offered at the sole and absolute determination of the Aldan American Customer Support Team.
Products purchased prior to the launch of our Guarantee or 8/1/2023, customers should contact Aldan American. Our team will work with customers to provide support and offer reasonable solutions on a case-by-case basis.
Situations Not Covered Under the Guarantee:
These specific situations do not qualify under the Guarantee:
- Cosmetic damages (i.e. dents, scratches, corrosion)
- Normal wear and tear (i.e. bushings, bearings, valve shims) unless attributed to a defect in material or workmanship
- Damage from improper installation, improper use, abuse, neglect, unauthorized repair, missing parts, and/or modifications.
- Improper servicing, or damage caused by servicing by any party other than Aldan American or an Aldan American distributor or service shop.
- Accidental damage or collisions.
- Products lost or damaged due to natural disasters (i.e. fire, flood or other natural phenomenon)
- Products lacking proof of original purchase.
- Products purchased “as-is” with known defects, such as blems, seconds, clearance, rebuilds.
THE PURCHASER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR DETERMINING THE SUITABILITY OF ANY AND ALL PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM ALDAN AMERICAN.

Aldan American Branded Product Warranty
For Aldan American brand product warranty claims:
- The 100% Satisfaction Guarantee and Defects Covered Under the Guarantee terms and conditions apply.
- For warranty evaluation you will need to ship your products directly to Aldan American for evaluation and repair. Customer pays shipping to, and for approved warranty or service claims – Aldan American will pay for the return shipping if warranty claim is approved under the sole discretion of Aldan American.
- For products submitting for a warranty claim or under our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, Aldan American will either (i) repair at no charge, (ii) or replace at no charge. If the product submitted is discontinued or no longer available, Aldan American will replace the item with a current, equal product offering.
Other Manufacturer’s Products sold by Aldan American Warranty Info
All other manufacturers merchandise sold by Aldan American is guaranteed against defects in material or workmanship by the respective manufactures and their warranties. Limited lifetime warranty covers original purchaser for life of product. If a manufacturer’s warranty is being free from defects, we will exchange only. If the item has been used and you are requesting warranty work, this may take up to 30 days as warranty work is done by the manufacturer for these items – NOT Aldan American, on Non-Aldan American branded items (i.e. select control arms, sway bars, chassis braces, etc.).
For branded Aldan American products as well as other Manufacturer’s products – Aldan American is not responsible for any removal or installation charges. Aldan American is not responsible for any other repairs or damage that might happen to your vehicle. Aldan American shall under no circumstances be liable for consequential damages (such as, but not limited to, labor charges and/or lost profits) resulting from the use, misuse or inability to use the Product or from defects of the Product. This limitation of liability does not apply to injuries to persons, in the event of willful intent or gross negligence, or if a material contractual obligation was violated.
