We designed this front sway bar for maximum ground clearance and we keep it tight to the front subframe to maximize available tire clearance and increase turning ability.
Our precision CNC mandrel formed 1.375″ (35 mm) diameter lightweight tubular (hollow) front sway bar is built from 3/16″ wall 4130N chrome moly tubing. The welded end link coins are CNC machined from 1045 steel and feature machined chamfers.
The tubular front sway bar is over 10 pounds lighter than a comparable diameter solid sway bar providing for maximum performance with minimal weight!
Our rear sway bar is a larger and stronger 1.00″ diameter solid 4140 chrome moly to reduce body roll and provide predictable handling.
Our bar stock is heat treated solid 4140 chrome moly. The bar is entirely heat formed and coined as one piece. We put our sway bar through this extensive process to ensure that the final product will be the strongest, most durable sway bar on the market, and that it will be the most resistant to form alteration.
The spherical sway bar end links allow these larger sway bars to reach their full potential. The amount of stress applied to the sway bar end links is severe and you need an end link that is not going to flex and/or bind up to obtain the maximum handling performance you’re looking for.
This front and rear sway bar set includes fluted polyurethane sway bar bushings, everything you need for an easy bolt-in installation and maximum performance!
Powder coated for a brilliant and durable finish.
