Aldan American – Return Policy

At Aldan American we are committed to providing the top tier performance products backed by above and beyond customer support. We offer free returns for a refund within 30 days of your purchase, provided it has not been customized, is unused and is still in its original packaging. For products purchased from an authorized dealer, their return policy applies — please contact them directly for more information.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, uninstalled and unused
  • Item must be packed in the original packaging with all components included as received, in new condition.
  • Receipt or original proof of purchase
  • RMA # provided by Aldan American on approved returns.

Once an RMA # is received from Aldan American, the following items may be applied to your return:

  • Pack all items securely to ensure there is no damage to the returned product during the return shipment.
  • If item is returned without original hardware and other necessary parts for
  • operation and installation, a 20% restocking fee will be applied in addition to cost of freight/shipping, provided that the product is in its original packaging and unused
  • Any shipping costs from the original order and any additional return shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Products that have been installed or used are not eligible for returns

Restock Fees

  • Within 30 days of the original purchase date – Approved returns of new (re-sellable) items received back within 30 days of the original purchase date and in their original packaging following with return process above will have Restock fee’s waived.
  • After 30 days of the original purchase date – Approved returns of new (re-sellable) products are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • Refunds will be given on parts only. Labor and/or installation costs, shipping, or any other charges are excluded.
  • Products that have been installed or used are not eligible for returns

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
