WHAT TYPE OF SHIPPING OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER?
At Aldan American, we ship all orders via UPS, FedEx or USPS.
For orders placed at www.aldanamerican.com we proudly ship our products with UPS (United Parcel Service) and via USPS. Please keep in mind that UPS REQUIRES a signature when the package value exceeds $1,000. All orders over $1,000 will be shipped via “UPS Signature Required.” Please contact our team if this is an issue or if you have any questions and we will do our best to help you select the optimal shipping method for your order.
FREE SHIPPING – WITHIN THE CONTIGUOUS U.S.
Order now and get free ground shipping through UPS on all orders over $299. This offer is available to all customers in the contiguous United States.
For non-contiguous states such as Alaska & Hawaii or off-shore American territories such as Guam & Puerto Rico free shipping does not apply. If you’re outside the contiguous 48 states, you can find the shipping cost for these areas during checkout or email our team for rates and options at [email protected].
SHIPPING TO A PO BOX
Aldan American ships UPS Ground within the continental U.S. & Alaska & Hawaii. We offer USPS if you wish to ship to a PO Box. Please select USPS as your shipping option in checkout. Not all products are eligible to ship to a PO Box.

CUSTOM ORDERS
We require 50% advance payment for custom products prior to actual manufacture. If the order is cancelled, such advance payment cannot be refunded. We do not accept special orders for return. There will be additional processing time for custom orders. Please contact our team at [email protected] to begin your custom order.
PAYMENT
Currently, we accept PayPal®, Visa®, MasterCard®, Discover®, and American Express®. Additional finance options are available on our website: www.aldanamerican.com
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Once your order has been placed, general processing times are 1 – 3 business days on in-stock items. Please note processing lead times are in addition to your shipment transit time (Shipment Transit times may vary between 1 – 5 business days for US orders ad 3 – 20+ days for international orders). For out-of-stock items our team will contact you to confirm.
TRACKING
When you place an order on our website, you will receive an order confirmation email (Generally within 10 minutes). Once your order has been processed and is ready to ship you will receive a second email with tracking information and expected delivery date (Generally within 1-6 business days from the date your order was placed).
DAMAGED GOODS
If your package received has been damaged in transit, please contact our support team [email protected] with details and pictures of the damaged items received and we will begin the claim process.
SHIPPING ERRORS
If you received an incorrect item or are missing parts, please contact our team immediately. Once the merchandise is shown as tracking back to our location, we will ship out the correct merchandise. Shipping can be upgraded at the purchaser’s expense.
