Chevrolet introduced an all-new Nova in 1968, with styling similar to the Chevelle, though it did not share its chassis. The Nova chassis was more like the Camaro, with a unibody aft of the firewall and a front clip securing the engine and front suspension. The suspension was carried over from the second-gen Chevy II/Nova, with an SLA-independent setup at the front and leaf springs in the rear.

Aldan coilovers are manufactured in the U.S. from lightweight, high-strength 6061-T6 billet aluminum. Aldan shocks feature internally-vented oil chambers to protect seals from excess pressure and nitrogen gas charging for fade-free damping.
And with our double-adjustable coilover shocks, with 180 unique combinations of settings, you can custom-tune your Nova’s suspension for wherever you drive — from street to strip to autocross.
