For the 1968-1973 Ford Mustang. Level 1 Coilover Conversion Kits from Aldan American include front coilovers and SPC, front tubular control arms (*Upper Arms Only Included with this kit) spec’d to the highest level of performance for your best ride yet. Upgrading your front suspension to high performance tubular control arms with adjustable coilovers will deliver better handling, a smoother ride quality and the capability to raise and lower your vehicle’s front stance. This kit uses a bolt-on design for an OEM like fitment and is made in the U.S.A.

Aldan Road Comp, single adjustable coilovers offer 11 positions of shock adjustment and are fully ride-height adjustable improving your stance and vehicle’s overall drivability on the street or at the track. Aldan Track Comp, double adjustable coilovers offer 66 points of independent rebound and compression shock adjustments allowing greater tunability for maximum handling and suspension performance. All Aldan American coilovers are matched with Aldan American cold-wound linear coil springs that deliver a smooth ride, capable of various driving styles and road conditions. Aldan American coilovers are ride height adjustable allowing lowering from 0.0″-2.0” and come with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee and Limited Lifetime Warranty. Aldan American coilovers and springs are made in the U.S.A.

SPC Upper Control Arm Kits with adjustable strut rods will make your classic handle and drive like a modern muscle car. SPC Upper control arms are sold as a pair and are fully adjustable offering ±3° Improved Caster. SPC upper control arms offer the ability to tune camber and caster which delivers a modern performance feeling suspension.

Included with this kit are adjustable strut rods that features low durometer OEM style bushings to protect the chassis mount and allows for easy caster adjustment (similar to late model Ford vehicle’s).

The camber curve has been optimized by building Shelby Drop geometry into the billet aluminum cross shaft. Camber can be adjusted by positioning the ball joint plate to -1°, 0°, or +1° and kit includes .25° and .50° shims for fine-tuning. SPC’s arms come equipped with stock style ball joints and mounting hardware included.

SPC Caster Rods Included. SPC recommends 3˚ of caster to promote return to center steering. Stock strut rods aka Caster Rods on late, 1st Gen (’68-’73) Mustangs and other Ford and Mercury’s from this era are non-adjustable and are typically worn making proper adjustment difficult and out of spec. SPC Caster Rods are a must for early Mustangs and other Ford and Mercury Muscle Cars from this generation. SPC’s adjustable caster rod features low durometer OEM style bushings to protect the chassis mount from damage and has easy caster adjustment. This adjustable strut rod will provide the positive caster needed for improved tracking and modern geometry.

*This kit will work with OEM lower control arms, or any aftermarket lower control arm built to OEM spec and height specs (Lower Control Arms Sold Separately)
